Brandon Alan Batchler | Eastern NC Now

    Brandon Alan Batchler, age 31, a resident of Belhaven, NC, died Friday, October 10, 2025.

    A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 16th, 2025, at First Church of Christ in Washington. The service will be officiated by Ethan Coltrain and will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. Words of Remembrance will begin at 6:00 p.m. To honor Brandon's memory, please feel free to wear a ball cap or cowboy boots.

    Brandon was born on March 4th, 1994, to Claude Alan Batchler and Lisa Renee Driver. A proud 2012 graduate of Northside High School, Brandon went on to serve his country in the United States Army as a K9 Military Police Officer until 2017. Since then, he has worked as a Boat Mechanic at Park Boat Company.

    On August 21, 2021, Brandon married the love of his life, Kimberly Nicole Bragg. Together, they built a beautiful life centered around love, laughter, and family. His greatest joy came on the day he became a father to their precious daughter, River. He was a devoted husband and a proud dad.

    Brandon in his free time, enjoyed fishing, going out on the boat, and spending time with his family and friends. Brandon and his family attended First Church of Christ.

    Brandon leaves behind his wife, Kimberly Batchler, his daughter River Batchler, his father Alan Batchler, his biological mother Lisa Driver, and mom Beth Batchler, three brothers, Caleb Batchler, Bentley Batchler, Zayne Batchler, and a sister, Kaila Park, and her husband Paul, and a grandfather, Paul Batchler.

    In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to either the GoFundMe or in Brandon's name to K9s for Warriors
