Federal audit: California illegally issued 17,000 truck driver licenses to illegals | Eastern NC Now
putting all Americans at risk on the highways
After several high profile highway crashes caused by illegal alien truck drivers with Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDLs) issued by California and a few other Democrat run states, the US Department of Transportation has audited those states issuance of CDLs.. The results for California have been released, and that audit found that the state illegally issued 17,000 CDLs to illegal aliens.
These dangerous drivers have been released on the entire country by California.

California should be liable for any damages caused to others by these illegal aliens they have illegal given CDL's, but a state can only be sued by another state or the federal government on many things. Florida, at least, is suing California for the wreck caused by that Indian illegal alien with a California CDL.
