New documents show Jack Smith knowingly violated law in investigation of GOP | Eastern NC Now

Judge Boasberg also knowingly violated law and refuses to testify to Senate

ENCNow

The Democrat appointed Inquisitor who was running the lawfare against President Trump and lots of other Republicans, Jack Smith, has been revealed to have knowingly violated the law in subpoenaing phone records of Republican elected officials.  A top DOJ official had advised Smith in writing that his subpoenas violated the Speech and Debate clause of the Constitution, and court decisions interpreting it.

Smith sought the subpoenas in spite of knowing that doing so violated the law.  Obama Judge James Boasberg also violated the law in issuing them, and violated the law again with an illegal gag order.  Boasberg is an extreme Democrat partisan who is misusing his judgeship for partisan political purposes.

Boasberg has been subpoenaed by the Senate to testify on his actions, but has refused to attend Senate committee sessions.  One would hope that the Senate committee would begin Contempt of Congress proceedings against Boasberg  and take him into custody to force his appearance before the committee.

Jack Smith's Operation Arctic Frost was targeted at Republican senators and congressmen on what is known as a "fishing expedition". That was a huge abuse of power and should not be tolerated in a Constitutional republic. Even worse, the documents show that the Biden White House was aware of and condoned it.

The Democratic Socialists and the Non Patriot Left are extreme hypocrites when it come to their profestation for the "Rule of Law" in dealing with pesky Donald Trump existing as a consistently capable Article 2 President; while clamoring for "Due Process" when it comes to neutralizing foreign Narco Terrorists in our Executive's conducting of the current, and very Real War on Drugs here in this Western Hemisphere.

Jack Smith and James Boasberg are both threats to democracy and need to be prosecuted for what they have done. Their actions remind one of the Stalin Show Trials.
