US Senate GOP badly needs new leadership - Thune is as worthless as McConnell | Eastern NC Now

The North Carolina senate is getting new leadership courtesy of the voters of Rockingham and Guilford counties who tossed out corrupt pay-for-play RINO Phil Berger as their local state senator, removing him from the senate and thus from leadership.  We have just as serious a problem in the US Seante with weak-as-water cowardly RINO John Thune of South Dakota, but we cannot wait to get rid of him like Berger because Thune does not come up for election again until 2030.

The GOP House just rejected Thune's cowardly cave in to the Democrats on HHS funding.  He is as bad as McConnell was in caving to the Democrats.  Now, Thune is pussy-footing around on the SAVE Act, which polls show 80% of Americans support.  If he will not push hard on that, what will he push hard on?
