complaint filed against NC high school for allowing biological male in girls locker room | Eastern NC Now

A complaint has been filed with federal authorities against a North Carolina high school for allowing a biological male to undress in girls locker rooms and use girls bathrooms, causing distress to the female students.  American First Legal has asked the US Department of Education and the US Department of Justice to open an investigation.  Female students had already tried complaining to the county school board, which gave them no relief.

The complaint involved a so-called "transgender", a biological male who claimed he thought he was a girl being allowed to change clothes with girls in the girls locker room at Cox Mill High School in Concord, North Carolina.  He was also allowed in girls restrooms.  The biological male would watch girls dress and undress and leer at them.  When girls complained to the principal, he told them they could "go somewhere else."

America First Legal is calling on the government agencies to enforce Title IX of the Civil Rights Act to protect the rights of female students.  The school's principal has resigned after the filing of the federal complaint.
