Virginia DA declares Spanberger gun control law Unconstitutional, refuses to enforce it | Eastern NC Now
as multiple lawsuits filed against it
Spotsylvania County Commonwealth's Attorney (DA) Ryan Mahaffey has taken a strong stand against Virginia Democrats' extreme new gun control law just signed into law by radical left Governor Spanberger. Mahaffey declared the new state law Unconstitutional and announced his office would refuse to enforce it. Other conservative Constitutional sheriffs and DA's are likely to join him.
UPDATE: Smyth County Commonwealth's Attorney Phillip Blevins has now also declared that he will not enforce Spanberger's Unconstitutional gun grab.

Meanwhile, lawsuits against the Democrat gun grab are piling up. Two of the nation's leading national gun rights groups, Gunowners of America and the NRA, has each filed a lawsuit immediately after Spanberger signed the law, each with a state affiliate as a co-plaintiff. US Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon has announced that the US Department of Justice will also be suing Virginia over the gun control law.
