Justices Thomas & Alito blast rogue district judges who ignore SCOTUS rulings and the Law | Eastern NC Now

"The phenomenon of rogue judges ignoring the Constitution and the Supreme Court in favor of partisan outcomes is growing every day," warns The Federalist.  The rogue judges in question are the Obama and Biden judges  One.  The latter are all DEI hires because under Biden a straight, white, Christian male need not have applied because they would not be appointed, and, indeed, it is question who really made the choices that were appointed by autopen.

Now Justices Alito and Thomas are calling them out on it.  In recent Supreme Court opinions they have chastised rogue district court judges for blatantly ignoring the actual law, making rulings that the law itself said they did not have the power to do, ignoring the Constitution, and ignoring  controlling precedent from the Supreme Court  One continuing sore point is the widespread defiance by Obama and Biden judges of the SCOTUS ruling that they cannot make sweeping nationwide injunctions but must confine themselves to teh specific local fact situation of the case in their district.  Biden and Obama judges keep doing that in spite of the SCOTUS ruling against it.  They put their political agenda ahead of teh integrity of our court system.
