Arrogant Biden district judge tries to overrule SCOTUS on key illegal immigration issue | Eastern NC Now

The issue of whether the executive branch can act to end the Temporary Protected Status of illegal aliens from particular countries has been decisively ruled on by the US Supreme Court.  The SCOTUS has ruled that the executive branch does have that power. The Trump administration has responded and revoked that status for three countries.

Now comes a Biden autopen district court judge, Brian Murphy, from Massachusetts and attempts to overrule the Supreme Court.  Who does this arrogant jerk of a socialist judge think he is?  Does he think his robe is purple instead of black, and that he should have a crown on his head?  Murphy has entered an indefinite order blocking the termination of the temporary protected status that the Supreme Court has just allowed.

Abuse of power by out of control far left judges like Murphy is a threat to American democracy, and something that needs to be stopped.  One wishes the Supreme Court had the power and the backbone to hold arrogant upstarts like Murphy and Judge Sparkle in contempt and fine and jail them.   Arrogant partisan hack judges like Murphy and Sparkle create nothing but contempt by the America public for our court system
