I am very much looking forward to your yet unpublished post.

When you spoke of jumping out of Hueys, I thought of "We Were Soldiers and Young", and, like Omaha Beach, that was and could be just as terrible.

Tony, what a excruciatingly poignant thought, a feeling; I almost can empathize with those moments, but I can not because I never lived it.

I instinctively feel profound sympathy for you great warriors, but I could never know the angst of each time you rose to represent the will of our Republic.

I thanks your for your perfect service, and your profound patriotism.

The anniversary of June 6, 1944, like Pearl Harbor and 911 should never be forgotten, yet I see that it is. My town's liberal longstanding print newspaper did not mention world. I normally don't read the Washington Daily News's online edition because there is so little real news in it, and the website functions rather poorly, but, i had to see how the liberals perceive the events of the day.
For Operation Overlord not one mention.

This is good news.

At some point the double standard of and for the utterly corrupt must be exposed.

The post that shows Sarah Sanders easily handling Fake Hews correspondent Steven Portnoy, a.k.a. "Stupid Steven", at the press conference late last week over the MS-13 comment that Liberals, like Stupid Steven, took great umbrage with.

Margaret Thatcher may have explained it best: "The thing about Socialism is eventually one runs out of other people's money".

I remember that tune too. Loved every Paul Simon album. He really kept the talent train coming his entire life to date.

If you do not have time to read the transcript of this interesting press briefing, you must take time to watch Sarah Sanders handle the Fake News on the Animals /MS13 comment by the President.

I'm glad that your relief came on the heals of such a great discovery. I need more introspection.

Actually, "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover" is a Paul Simon song from the album "One Trick Pony". Great song, great album.

Once again, more proof that the Obama administration was rife with non patriots, even treasonous bastards that hated our nation, and Obama condoned every bit of it; even rewarded this terrible behavior on many occasions.

I have long know that the left side of my brain controls my directions, and I need to well establish the right while building on the left-side well wisdom.

Hello Diane. Thanks for visiting BCN, and this record long (for BCN), extra-informative post where you deftly explain all manner of societal propriety.

Come to think on it, that should take a rather long post indeed.

Well said: Wonderful summary of an outstanding summary.

I pray that this Supreme Court will understand that the rights of all people are at stake here; not just those of this extra-protected class.

Great post Bobby Tony. It deserves not only reading but re-reading.

I love the Socialist's propagandistic image of Putin holding Trump as a puppet, especially after the Hussein Administration backed down from Russia in every theater, and even here at home as the Russians continually have hacked our infrastructure for over a decade.

I reckon the rank and file ignorant Liberal has no clue of any of this, or that we are engaged in a proxy War with the Russians in Syria right now. Consuming the Fake News exclusively definitely leads to one's stupification, if Liberals and Socialist are any indication.

Oh, I just noticed that Gene posted the image; that explains it well.

The Philadelphia Experiment: I just wonder how much of that is real - seamen melded into the ship's bulkhead; disappearing and winding up on the James River. Wow.

Hey Bobby Tony: Would this be a B.T. subject?

Billy Pilgrim's debut was in Schlachthaus fünf. Great book; decent film.

I had already read "Cats Cradle" and "Mother Night" in Slaughterhouse-Five. That whole theme of jumping between realities in some hidden tear in the Space /Time Continuum has been used multiple times since.

Hey Bobby Tony, I read almost all of Kurt Vonnegut's books, some twice.

I enjoyed his weird humor, and always wondering where he would take Kilgore Trout next. I figured Kilgore was Kurt's extra eccentric alter ego.

Beautifully explained and so normal. You are both individuals and we, individuals, can be mighty stubborn.

After all I have seen, I would have well respected your father, as I do you Bobby Tony.

The one thing that I well know of you, and your father is that he was an eclectic, but well accomplished man; a good man, and I will bet what ever sum I can scrape together "that his fruit did not fall far from from the tree".

With your posts, I get your view of the world, and your father's and your mother's too on occasion. That is very cool and a benefit for our readers today, and, moreover, tomorrow.

Your dad may have read the book to you, or at least excerpts like my father.

I read stuff to my children too, and sang them songs from my era.

I loved the Disney movie. Walt was ahead of his time.

Is it any wonder that so many generations of Americans are losing their ability envision the world of words, or even the wonder of just being outside with the summer sun on their face?

Great post Bobby Tony.

Very informative post Austin.

Great post. The unrepentant waste of food is an abomination, and fully reveals just how thoughtless, even stupid many Americans have become.

We cook at home; I even help on occasion, and we depend on leftovers. First, some foods, such as stews and soups taste better on the second day, moreover, leftovers are a big time saver. Plus, wastefulness is just wrong, and stupid.

I agree with ever word you have written; in fact, I have written the intent of every phrase that you wrote at one time or another, including the George Carlin analogy.

I have had a belly fully of all this for about 25 years. Actually, add 20 years to that time when it comes to this round woman's abject stupidity. I have long detested stupidity, especially when it is rewarded.
