Johnny Henry's attempt to deflect by regurgitating Jack-boot Smith's version of the Presidential Records Act conflicts with the interpretations of a number of major legal experts and also conflicts with how these matters have been handled with other former presidents. But most importantly it fails to address the main issue I brought up, and that was the classified documents retained by Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, neither of whom had ANY protection under the Presidential Records Act, and who retained lots of documents they had no legal right to keep and kept them in very insecure locations, a bathroom in Clinton's case and boxes stacked by his Corvette in his garage with Biden. The Biden DOJ and the corrupt FBI have put both of them above the law in our two tier system of "justice">

Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton were certainly above the law in our two tier "justice" system. They had no rights whatsoever under the Presidential Records Act to take classified documents, but they did, and lots of them. The crooked, bent, partisan FBI and DOJ let them go scot free. Trump, who DID have rights to retain documents under the Presidential Records Act, was treated wholly differently and the FBI / DOJ goons went after him, hammer and tongs. "Justice" in America these days clearly depends on your politics.

What is really needed in the next administration is a special prosecutor on election interference to punish those who have engaged in politically motivated Stalin Show Trials. Letitia James, Judge Engoron, Alvin Bragg, Judge Merchan, Fani Willis, and Jack Smith should all be prosecuted for election interference. So should those involved in subverting the 2020 election like Marc Elias and Mark Zuckerburg.

The Biden DOJ has prosecuted and jailed a comic for a satire on Democrat efforts to change voting methods as "election interference" so they have opened the door. What these scoundrels in our justice system have done with their Stalin Show Trials is so much worse and so much more damaging to our democracy. They should be punished and punished severely.

Since these womens groups are suing the Biden regime over its dictatorial act of trying to rewrite by executive fiat a law passed by Congress, local schools should volunteer to become plaintiffs in these cases. Otherwise, local schools should tell the Biden regime to stick its federal funds where the sun does not shine. Congress makes law not the Dictator Biden.

WE need to remember in November that AG Josh Stein running for the Democrats to replace Cooper was also a "Covid Nazi" who supported these police state tactics by Cooper. Places like Florida, Sweden, and South Dakota that kept businesses open had a better Covid record than the authoritarian "lockdown" states and countries. The lockdown crowd like Cooper and Stein, was blowing smoke with science fiction, not real science.

Free blacks had control of their own lives and many of them joined the Confederate army and navy, like Moses Dallas, a black Confederate naval officer on the ironclad CSS Savannah, who was instrumental in planning and helped lead one of the most daring exploits of the war, the capture of the Union warship USS Waterwitch while it was on blockade duty off Savannah in a surprise nighttime attack boarding from small boats. Dallas, a free black man had worked as a harbor pilot for the port of Savannah before joining the navy.

Bobbie might be surprised to learn that in 1860, there were more free blacks in the South than there were in the North - 261,000 in the South compared to 226,000 in the North.

When I was growing up, the KKK was regarded as a bunch of meatheads that nobody had any respect for. If they put out anything on history, they must have copied it from somebody else.

It is simple enough to learn the truth about free blacks in the antebellum South. Go find a library that has copies of the US census of 1860, 1850, 1840, and earlier and you will find the numbers of whites, free blacks, and slaves per county. Former Democrat President Jimmy Carter laid out what needed to be done to stop election fraud, but today's Democrats are instead promoting all the things Carter said made vote fraud easier. Carter chaired a national commission on improving voting procedures in the wake of the Bush-Gore clash. President Carter particularly singled out mail-in voting as the biggest source of election fraud in our system, and urged that mail-in voting be limited for that reason. Today's Democrats are going the other direction, trying to use this fraud-prone method as much as possible in our elections. The Democrat we should listen to on voting matters in Jimmy Carter, not shyster Marc Elias.

Then there is photo voter ID, which is an international best practice to promote honest elections, that is used nationally in every industrialized country except the US and in many non-industrialized ones as well. The Democrats file lawsuits here in America to try to block it, because, again, they do not want honest elections.

Buying influence at elections boards in large cities in swing states around the country was one of the keys to the left corrupting the 2020 election. The "lawfare" of Democrat shyster Marc Elias was the other big key. If there were any true justice, those involved in both of these operations should be investigated for criminal prosecution.

Stopping the flow of this corrupt money is critical to the honesty of the 2024 election.

The other thing about big lithium batteries is that they spontaneously combust, burn very hot, are hard to extinguish, and give off toxic fumes. Not only do electric cars spontaneously combust, but so do electric buses (London and Paris have already had several go up in flames) and utility scale electric storage batteries (Wouth Korea, Belgium, Australia, and California have already had that happen). Owners of electric cars have had them carch fire while driving down the road or parked in their garage. In two cases aleady, ships carrying electric cars as part of their cargo have had the brand new cars combust at sea, burning up the ship. These things are dangerous and should be banned.

Given their manipulation of data revealed in the Climategate email dump, this is not at all surprising. The climate alarmists will fudge whatever they have to in order to push their narrative and agenda. "Hide the decline" as they said in those Climategate emails.

Another good example is looking at where their significant increases in temperature come from, and those are the weather stations that in years past were in rural areas that have now bcome urbanized. The increased temperatures come from the change in surroundings, not "climate change".

One symbol of climate alarmist manipulation was Michael Mann's hockety stick chart, which was a major exhibit in one of the UN reports but disappeared thereafter. What happened was that a Canadian mining engineer wondered about Mann's chart and asked for the supporting data, which Mann refused to give him (a suspicious move in science itself). The mining engineer then tried to go through other sources at the university where Mann taught to obtain the supporting data. Finally a graduate student who had worked on the project gave him the website address with all the raw data. The mining engineer was then able to see that Mann had cherry picked data to come up with a predetermined conclusion and blew the whistle on it.

Mann has been tied to at least one other major fabrication, a study showing rising temperatures in Anarctica. Mann's study was based on temperature averages, but on that one the raw data was readily available, and it blew up Mann's theory. All but one of the reporting stations had maintained a steady temperature, and what threw the average off was a single reporting station, and that changed dramatically between two years. It turned out that the siting of that reporting station had been moved at the time the readings changed dramatically. The old location of that station had consistently had cooler readings and the new location, which kept the same name, consistently higher readings. So Mann's whole study was garbagte.

Mann once taught in Virginia, and the state Attorney General had once opened an investigation on him for obtaining grant money based on bogus studies. Thereafter, Mann moved to another state.
