Commented on School Board seeks to hide behind teachers and staffBig Bob, if you are talking about an inner Republican Party in Beaufort County - its heart, its soul - there is none.
The "people" you speak of will ultimately decide what happens to their schools. That is how self-government works.

Commented on School Board seeks to hide behind teachers and staffBig Bob: MAGA lunatics destroy the public schools most probably will in your mind, which will mean higher scores in schools, with School Choice as integral in that success, which means smarter children, which will contribute to a smarter public ... You Leftists will hate that.

I cannot truly imagine the Beaufort County Commissioners signing on to a resolution that I write angrily denouncing some political group, like the current Beaufort County GOP telling visitors to the local GOP headquarters, during a recent election cycle: "Do NOT vote for Stan Deatherage's re-election because he is a RINO," even though this self-projection of their misidentified ideals did seriously offend my constituents.
There is the political reality that there will also be political detractors, just like the local Beaufort County GOP projecting their Nominal Republican ideals upon my candidacy since I understand Conservative governing far differently than they do, and, consequently, there will always be just one path to deal with these political groups of a far different mindset; you deal with it outside of the governing process, and you KEEP your elected charge to serve your constituents, when representing the public, completely out of it. Otherwise, there could be the issue of provable governmental malfeasance, which often is a staple of some low minded, low character politicians; poorly informed, and potentially liable for their bad judgement when supposedly doing the People's business. Politics is political, but true governing is the business of the People, and that is every elected officials' only concern.

From what I have learned from Beaufort County politics, the RINOs have wrested control from the Democrats only to power share with the Democratic Socialists. This is the deep thoughtless hole, where good ideas go to die.

Commented on School Board seeks to hide behind teachers and staffVan Zant: Tonight, I relaxed a good bit with my wife on the sofa under the bigger blanket, which has become our custom of late when I was done; fell asleep through 1 and 3/4 episodes of the third season of "Northern Exposure;" putting in my standard 12 hour day of building just a tiny bit more of infrastructure, and in a fleeting thought, I considered just how useless RINOs are.
I really have had a belly full of these fake people, and how they weave their corrupt, corrosive webs to harm their enemies, while stealing from the Good People the truth of a rightful representation. That the Beaufort County GOP lends succor to these dishonest fools is a travesty to the many good Republicans that built this local Republican party, and that I will never fully forgive. These are trying times for honest, intelligent people; often the targets of these dishonest interlopers, these usurpers of the good works of others. What is refreshing, as I learned from a new candidate in my office today, is that they, without any prompting from me, consider the RINO a most unnecessary class of Republican.

I am truly considering making ENCNOW a coward-free-zone. No one in Beaufort County celebrates and encourages Free Speech in Beaufort County more than myself; however, when Fake People, using Fake Emails bloviate in a manner not conducive with any manner of constructive behavior, the value of a coward's speech, as a fake person with a fake email, is limited, and then one wonders: If you limit a fake person's non intelligent, and completely valueless Free Speech, what has been lost? The answer can only be nothing ... nothing can be lost from nothing ... mathematically, it is like subtracting 0 from 0.

For far too many people in America today, the rigors of a college degree is one of the worst expenditures that can be made at this time; all avenues of learning a trad and how to work should be exhausted first unless one seeks a degree in a specialized field.

Commented on Trump pulls largest win ever in IowaSimple Big Bob, and your answer is:
"Donald Trump was the greatest American President since Ronald Reagan, and accomplished that estimable feat during a time when the corrupt opposition party, and the ultimate RINOs, colluded with the corrupt corporate media propagandists, whose collective intentions of evil were to destroy this Constitutional Republic by employing guile, deceit and wanton ignorance as their tools of choice." I can speak these truths many different ways, but this works for now to inform "my grandchildren" of this historical absolute.

The problem is that for years now, there has been a take over of the local Beaufort County GOP by people that want to remake what in means to be a Republican, and Commissioner Hood Richardson stands in their way because in "The Hood Territory," Republicans are a far different breed. I could never be Hood Richardson, we have experienced far different pasts, but unlike these interlopers, who have no clue how Republican politics are designed to work in the age of Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump, and many more who will abide by common Republican precepts; working together to achieve a far different governing principal than what we continue to experience here in Beaufort County. Is Hood's now famous resignation important? Not to me; maybe not especially important to even Commissioner Richardson, but it is to these Center - Left lackeys, and therefore they render unto it abundant life, and in their infamous reality, it is the unvarnished symbol of their undeserved hubris to the point of their well deserved sophistry.

Georgia Republicans are a bit backwards. North Carolina Republicans, except for the Conservative class, have their problems too. Maybe, one day, we can raise a crop of smart Conservative patriots and turn it all around.
I am doing my part, but it has been a major struggle with the institutionalized corruption flung so far and wide. Republicans need to such vestiges of evil like Jesus treated Satan.

I could have the letter and may not. The issue would be whether I would take the time to look for it.
This excoriation of Hood by these interlopers, those who have done nothing to build the local Republican party before all these elected RINOs starting switching parties to get elected, truly is petty; however, I know what I saw, and I know Hood, and that is good enough for me. My time has to be extremely well spent right now, and partly, in a tangible sense, because of all the local GOP supported RINOs.

Hood, you are almost correct about your statement, "There is some good news in the political battle between conservative Republicans and RINOs. During the 2020 and 2022 elections more than half of the total votes cast were for conservative Republican candidates."
First, I thought your optimistic estimate was too low; then when I thought better of it, in retrospect, I realized that your estimate was too high in a sense of optimism due to the Democrat-turned-Republican-promising-Conservatism paradigm. It is not panning out, and it never truly has. There is one note of optimism, this platform is reaching more people with the real truth, and so is your Beaufort County Conservative Republican PAC.
