Sorry, I just have trouble when right wingers start cuddling up to MLK now that he is dead. I witnessed how he was treated when alive. The BO would have likely smeared him every chance it got just like most of the "publications" of the day did. Hate speech is real and although you have the right to say these words, are you are not free from the consequences. Sure, one can take anything too far but never underestimate the power of your words on others. I think most of us don't go out of our way to hurt others but sometimes we are careless or stuck in the past.

Um, not all speech is protected....its always been this way. (see SCOTUS case law) If you don't believe me, start right here on this site. Use your words and threaten to hurt or kill people. Twofer: Stan I have been working since I was 16. BH. The law may be clear however the application of the law is often racist as hell. Between body cams and cell phones we all know it’s true. Better now than in the past, but far from where we need to be.
