Stan, I believe that your financial analysis only looks at the short term impact and not at the long term. The analysis should include where our health services in the County will be in 10, 20 or 30 years and how it will impact the financial wealth and well being of the County. Would choosing UHS over CHS increase the tax base by encouraging businesses and families (including retirees) to stay in or to move to Beaufort County because we had an excellent health care system that delivers high quality healthcare? Analyzing present facts is easy; trying to predict what might happen in the future and do a discounted cash flow is more difficult and requires vision. Needless to say I believe that UHS will do a better job.

And Fritz is using his position to target private citizens and demanding they be fired. That's not only unethical. It's illegal. But that doesn't seem to matter either. Brabo.... Moved here five years ago. Bought a house in a residential neighborhood. Lied on her special permit application. Neighbors complain. She goes before the board under oath. Lies again. Lies upon lies upon lies build up. She's basically running a commercial business in the heart of a residential neighborhood. And now she plays the VICTIM of the problem she herself created. She's breaking the law every day she is open. She's a fraud, and a liar, and needs to resign. She is the only sitting mayor in the entire country suing their own city. Washington deserves better than this unhinged, unethical woman. She's a traitor to the city she serves.

Washington had the best city manager in the entire state before Nick Fritz started his misinformation campaign. The whole 24 million in debt... The city is broke.... There's no money for anything.... It'll take 20 years to recover from this financial mess. ALL LIES. At first he blamed the previous mayor and council for this fabricated financial disaster. And then overnight he decided to target former city manager Johnathan Russell for the dire financial situation. He convinced half this city that Washington was in the worst financial mess in its history. He made accusations that Russell may have done something nefarious with the money. Again... All lies. Washington lost the best city manager in the entire state because of Nick Fritz and his lies. Nick Fritz should be forced to resign.

Crossroads Rhode Island is not a “liberal organization;” it is an organization that provides shelter, affordable housing, job training, and more to over 4000 people each year including children, the elderly, veterans, and domestic violence victims who would be homeless without their services. McConnells involvement with the organization has never been a secret, it’s a pretty public position. I’m not sure why someone from the Carolinas feels the need to weigh in on something you obviously know nothing about. Aren’t homeless Americans people you pretend to care about? Or is that only when it suits you? Maybe try running a spell check on your website if you want to be taken seriously. Also, no need to double space after sentences anymore, it’s not the 1950s and you’re not writing on a typewriter anymore, boomer.

So what you're implying is that Ceres rents a space, you are not saying he lives there. You are not claiming he has a residence in your office/house, the space is not specifically rented as a domicile. It can be an office, a bedroom, whatever. Gotcha. I guess it's up to city residency requirements to determine zoning for multiple units within a dwelling or whatever. Or how much actual time s person spends in a dwelling to call it an official residence. Thank you for clearing up this matter.
