Commented on A Question of TitleIt seems both the County Commission and the County School Board have some lawyer issues as well as a host of other issues.

Of the two foreign leaders who have commented on Trump's action, both have supported it, both presidents being from recipient countries. One is black and the other Hispanic. Bigot Bob's constant delusion is whining about his "white power" fantasy. Bigot Bob is delusional.

Correction, once upon a time USAID HAD a good track record, until its deep state staff went woke and went rogue, stonewalling Congress on what they were doing. Biden's USAID gave over a billion dollars to our sworn enemies the Taliban. That is just unacceptable.
Finding the waste and grift requires letting the IA system have access to the records. The far left that wants to keep wasting tax money on nonsense is fearmongering over access to records because they want to keep wasteful spending going.

I suspect that if more national leaders were asked about it, like this president was, the media would find a lot more support. Our embassies have been complaining that much of the stuff theat USAID has been funding lately has been upsetting host governments.

Commented on A Question of TitleWashingtonian: Rather than "trust a lawyer," it is incumbent upon smart, wise elected leaders to use the recorded counsel of the hired lawyer, and if that counsel is subpar, like the last lawyer that the Center-Left Coalition employed, you deal with it; however ...
You have to win elections and bust up the incompetence of the long running majority, known as the Center-Left Coalition, a group of bipartisan fools, who swap votes to share power here in Beaufort County. You know, at a very real point, it is also, and ultimately, the responsibility of Beaufort County's voters to do a far better job in electing smarter, far more competent Beaufort County Commissioners.

I won't speak for the School Board, but I am a solid authority on the Beaufort County Commission's incompetence and corrupt practices, therefore, I am well aware of how to fix the debilitating problem of terrible governing. Effectively present the truth, win elections, and the corrupt /incompetent politicians, and their associative bureaucrats WILL BE GONE.

Commented on A Question of TitleYou are naive and due to be hurt if you trust any lawyer even your own.
Its the same as trusting a politician. By the way, many politicians were lawyers... especially among the Dems.

On planet earth, no government agency does exactly what you want but USAID has a good track record.
Eliminating it saves next to nothing, but hurts a lot of people. Who cares, right. Btw did you know your boy musk is a Canadian and South African citizen as well as a naturalized US citizen? Also has a trans gender kid, who he hates. Can you imagine hating your own kid?

Commented on A Question of Title"What we have here is... a failure to communicate." (Cool Hand Luke warden)
Stan makes a motion to have said title search prevented to the commission... to satisfy the curiosity of the citizens about the $500,000 boondoggle, but 2 dems and their 2 Republican rubberstampers vote nay. What we have here is HDS & SDS. Whatever Hood and Stan is for...they are against. Its just like TDS nationwide. Those Dems think their job is to resist Trump REGARDLESS of the people's vote to support him. They have forgotten, or perhaps never believed that their job is to serve the public's well-being. Keeping us in the dark is NOT serving our well-being. These Commissioners who seem to be suffering from an unreasonable emotional bias, need to be voted out as soon as possible. The ROT is everywhere locally. We hear that the Beaufort County/Washington Voters get what they deserve...? Pray for us.

Commented on More on the Eastern Elementary School DisasterQuestions that need to be answered before going forward with a project this big:
1. More preparation and more scrutiny by both boards. Where was it? 2. Input from the community. Why was there none? 3. A County Long-Range Facility study and plan. Where is it? 4. A County/City Transportation study? Where is it? People elect Hood Richardson because he asks these questions. Why do so many other board members (majorities) not ask these questions? It is their job to do so.

Appropriately, the former USAID headquarters building has been turned over to the US Border Patrol.

THere is so much to be disgusted at with USAID, beginning with the deep state operatives running it subverting its original worthwhile purpose and instead diverting much of its funding to politically driven grift. There ought to be some serious accountability for that, meted out in criminal court.
One huge concern is the attack on democracy by the USAID deep state as they attacked freedom of the press and freedom of speech. Their massive subsidies of hundreds of leftwing media outlets both in the US and in foreign countries, while funding efforts to censor conservative media outlets both in the US and abroad should not go unpunished. Hopefully the DOJ will start an investigation to prosecute them for the federal felony of conspiring against people's civil rights, in this case the right to freedom of the press and the right to freedom of speech. LOCK THEM UP. They were working to subvert democracy.

In the two weeks of trump virtually nothing has changed yet, except the prices of everything have begun to go up. It will take some time for the economy to react to all this but it will.
Time will tell as to which direction. Hope it’s good. Made a ton under JB and the retirement account is fat.

But your Daddy just moved Paula White into the White House and put her in charge of some faith based thing. Paul White. Should we listen to her?
Frankly I’m betting el trumpo has more than his spiritual needs in mind with this appointment. She’s hot and word on the street is that if you got the money, she’s got the time.

Europe's farmers have aptly described the green agenda as "climate communism". As I recall, the "green" party block in the EU parliament was the biggest loser of seats in the last European election. That former president of the Caech republic was spot on when he called climate alarmism "a budding totalitarian ideology that is the greatest threat to freedom, democracy, and prosperity in the world today." Any party working to run these thugs out of office is to be congratulated.

Commented on A Question of TitleMomma Mia: I will request the long awaited, and far-TOO-LATE-of-a-title-search on behalf of Beaufort County's taxpayers as I represent them, their best interests, irrespective of being in the minority of those commissioners who firmly believe in wiser, limited, and far less corrupt government here in their county of Beaufort.
Our taxpayer's paid for that title search; they paid for that monstrosity of a building to be built on the lowest point of that piece of ground, with the its defective title, an they absolutely deserve to see it "warts and all."
