I personally could do a title search, even though it has been years since I have done so, and I do well understand how to forensically follow the chain of title; however, it is the responsibility of the county government to show a measure of incorruptibility, and perform that title search on behalf of the people.

It might be better if I request a public information request since the taxpayers own that title search already that was recently done.

Also the City of Washington does not consider me, or anything I am involved with to be real.

I just do not believe that their poor politicians, or their flagging bureaucrats possess the mental acuity to know what is real. Case in point, I nearly begged the city government to do their website, and when it came to getting it done, I was not invited to bid on it.

The problem there for me is two fold , which I do realize at this point: 1) The City of Washington will always pay more for any product or goods and services if they can purchase said goods / services out of the area, and in this case out of the state; 2) Additionally, due to the mental acuity factor in their flagging bureaucracy, the City of Washington is foresworn to constant and unmitigated mediocrity.

As a provider of value in everything we do here at SNI, my level of service would never qualify, since I would have been the low cost provider; additionally our complete inability to be mediocre in anything that we create would have been detriment in the City of Washington's level of mediocrity always desired when spending the public's money.

The public deserves to know the reaason. This is a coverup by flailing politicians and unaccoutable bureaucrats. Someone needs to do a public records request for all information related to that boondoggle and then publish what they get.

Here's something interesting: I heard a big delegation from my part of the county attended the school board meeting on Monday. They were concerned because they saw on the agenda a Snowden School fiscal report that was listed as an action item.

At the last minute the item was removed. When the meeting started board member Hickman asked the chairman why it was removed. The superintendent said it would be dealt with in closed session. Hum.

Tonight, February 3, 2025, the Center - Left Coalition - two Democratic Socialists and the two irrefutable RINOs, those, who swap votes to share power here in Beaufort County - voted to not learn the reason why the Beaufort County Schools forced this easily pliable Center - Left Coalition to waste $500,000.00 of taxpayers' money when none was needed to be frittered away; gone for good.

Many ridiculous issues, as grand and utter conflation, were offered as to why the money was necessary to be wasted in such a will-nilly manner, but NO explanations of any merit were significant enough to warrant this frivolous squander of the public's money by this Center - Left Coalition, those who swap votes to share power on the Beaufort County Commission; regardless of the issue.

There is clearly a coverup going on here. ONe question is whether anyone at any level in the army knowingly assisted the coverup, or were they duped by the family?

Scrubbing social media is rarely done when everything is on the up and up. The social media of the other army personnel on the helicopter were not scrubbed, and neither was than of either of the pilots on the AA jet or the air traffic controllers. That is a big red flag that something is there that invesigators ought to go looking for. You can't see, Bobbie. because you are either blind or ideologically wrapped up in the fact that she was a Biden White HOuse aide and possibly a LGBQ. America needs for the investigation to get to the bottom of this tragedy and to turn over every stone that is there. She was flying way off course and way above her assigned altitude, and a key question is WHY? That needs to be answered no matter who is it painful to.

The AA passehger jet was right where it was supposed to be. The army Blackhawk helicopter was off course and way over its assigned height while climbing further. The issue is who screwed up, the helicopter pilot or the air traffic controller or both. The next question is why? No avenue that may explain how and why this disaster happened should be off the table for investigation, even if it makes some squaemish for ideological reasons. What is happening here is a coverup of facts that may help explain what happened and that should just not be tolerated. We need to know if this was incompetnence on the part of one or more people or deliberate.
