Commented on poll: large majority of American voters favor crackdown on those who employ illegal aliensHaving regular audits of all businesses would be an undue burden on many who do not break the law. However, if it is targeted on industries where hiring of illegal aliens is rampant - meat packers, big farmers, construction, etc., it would be appropriate and well deserved.
Some months ago, ICE came down on a meat packer, who had many of their illegal alien employees picked up for deportation. The company whined about it, but when word got out, they had more Americans applying for those now vacant jobs than they had jobs. The claims that they were "jobs Americans won't do" was proven false.

In our country, they have only attacked the monuments so far, not who or what appears on the currency, but I am sure that will be coming. It is great that the Trump administration is helping reverse the cultural cleansing by the far left. What is totally despicable is the cowardly RINO Congressman from our former district, Greg Murphy who has supported the war on history in our country. Murphy is a scumbag who needs to GO.

Bubba: I agree, and with School Choice in NC we are moving in the right direction.
The Public Education Industry needs School Choice, or it will never improve. Two truisms abound: 1. Without competition these monopoly created schools will never improve; 2. Public Schools "made their beds made their beds and now they must lay in them." The Public Education Industry, with their Leftist core approach to human values and the dispensing of that information by instructive fiat has led them down the road to ruin. Competition is the only impetus to push the Public Education Industry in all the proper directions. The Left hates education, and the Left must be politically destroyed to save education and this Representative Republic.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself in the Foot - AgainSpeaking of opportunists, one of the "retired school teacher" candidates backed by the Walkers was an active Democrat until a couple of years ago. Another total phony. The Walkers who have been working to make the school board more liberal and keep the county commission effectively controlled by the Democrats, need to be top targets for removal by conservative voters in 2028 when both are up for election again. Let them go do their social climbing somewhere else. They are opportunists and infiltrators. They spent most of their lives as Democrats, and at their core, still are Democrats.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself in the Foot - AgainCT: The Republican Party could have been a positive factor in dealing with the liberal Democrat opportunists that have infiltrated the Republican Party. Instead, they have warmly embraced the opportunists and been outright hostile to the conservatives, except for Kidwell.
If the party is not going to lead, or if they are determined to lead badly, then they need to go away. I know several Republican public officials that have as little to do with them as possible.

From a conservative perspective, the Beaufort County School Board has gone backwards, because of the outside and inside meddling of the two Walker board members. Carolyn and Randy Walker have worked on the inside of the local Republican Party and from the outside of their own school district. One of these ultra-liberals (Carolyn) serves on the School Board and the other ultra-liberal (Randy) serves on the County Commission. They both are registered Republicans and are in the good graces of the corrupt local Republican party leadership. People that pay attention have long known that the Walkers serve as ultra-liberals on their respective boards.
Two of their three school board recruits for other districts than their own, (District 6 and  made it through the primary. The third candidate was trounced in the district 2 primary despite the heavy involvement of the Walkers. The two that made it are both former teachers and members of the NCAE. The NCAE is a radical left organization. For example, the present NCAE chairperson was quoted recently in relation to ICE agents in North Carolina. She said, "And to be clear, we do not want them here."

We have a corrupt cesspool in Raleigh thanks to pay-for-play Phil Berger and his Tammany Hall style of apparatus which is almost certain to survive even his well deserved defeat. Locally, we have the dark money special intrests buying our NC House seat and a reincarnation of the defeated John Rebholz emerging as top votegetter for county commission (John Edwards). Add to that a couple of RINOs at the top of our statewide ticket starting with Tillis apostle Michael Whatley. Not a pretty picture. But what can you do? The Democrats are crazy as a loon..

Bizarros like Fruit Loop Garris, Krispy Kreme Kidwell and the others on mysterious "Victory Committees", across the country, WANT to get rid of any and every common sense Conservative that asks questions and speaks with authority; they're terrified of those who don't live in Bizarroworld.
I, like VZ, am ready for this issue of Superman to be over. These politicians should be paying DC Comics for licensing. The crap they, the politicians, are scripting out now seems eerily similar to the "funny books" back in The Hood's day. I am afraid our own School Board went backward in a big way in the primary. Liberal Carolyn Walker will be the Queen Bee after November. Replacing two conservatives with two retired school teachers who have been members of the radical teachers union will pull the board substantially to the left.

Anti-immigration parties than call for mass deportation of the illegal aliens are leading in the polls in many European countries - Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Italy, etc. and just won the Czech election a few months ago. Illegal immigration is a huge threat to the western world.
