I heard of people going into GOP headquarters in Washington and being told to vote for liberal Democrat Mack Hodges. I think most were smarter than that but wondered what the heck was going on. Hodges was a useless seat warmer.

But the best is Kimberly G. After a 10 year “ engagement “ to Jr, she now heads to Greece freeing Jr to pursue his latest lobotomized bimbo.
The people of Greece are reportedly thrilled with the choice and look forward to the sexy times ahead.

Jesse Helms must be rolling over in his grave. Can’t even get a holocaust denier elected in this state. Republicans need to work on that!

Commented on "The climate around climate change is changing"Under our Constitution, treaties are supposed to go to the Senate for 2/3rds approval. Obama acted unconstitutionally by unilaterally obligating the US to this travesty without sending it to the senate. So did Biden when he revived it. This treaty screws the US and is a sweetheart deal for China, and generally screws consumers to bow down to a cult. It needs to be killed for good ASAP and the best way is for Trump to send it to the senate for what it is, a teaty, and let the senate refuse to ratify it. That would stop any future president from doing what Biden did.

How can the local Republican Party be working for the Democrat candidate against a Republican candidate in a general election. There used to be disloyalty rules to punish that sort of thing. Are these practices widespread or just found in Beaufort County?
![]() I've never been a Tillis fan. I guess the jury is out on Budd. The way things are shaping up Roy Cooper has got to be salivating for the senate race in two years. I don't see much sign that the NC GOP is up to the challenges coming up. Let's face it. They have utterly failed in a Trump wave year. That's a N.C. disaster. Things are not likely to be better in two years. It is getting more and more obvious that the answers must be found outside of the presently configured organized GOP.

Commented on Joe ‘Return To Normalcy’ Biden Becomes The First U.S. President To Pardon His Own ChildI absolutely believe that it will be an impossible feat to properly and fully express just how much damage Idiot President Biden has wreaked upon this Representative Republic. Joe Biden, America's second Socialist President and second Non Patriot President, but America's first Idiot President will be forever remembered as the great Damager-In-Chief.
As damaging was this Idiot President's administration, where full-blown-Ignorance-through-all-measures-Non-Patriot was its permanent maxim of every administrative day, it is this publication's sworn journalistic duty to remain that responsible archive of truth, so that we may continue to expose, and fully express Idiot /Non Patriot Joe Biden in the transparent light of historical reality, which was always this extra-limited man's political destiny regardless. That is this publisher's pledge to our readership, and we shall remain diligent and devoted to that probably impossible premise, so this Constitutional Republic might stay fully informed, and in the hopeful future NEVER AGAIN elect such intellectually impotent, and fully non patriot representatives to lead our self-governed society to irrevocable ruin.

Commented on Diane Gentile RufinoMiss Diane was a sweet lady, a beautiful soul and a devoted patriot that saw the best in everyone. We lovingly called her our "Sarah Conner" for her courageous fight against cancer.
We should all take a page out of her book. She will most certainly be missed here in this plane but she is resting peacefully beyond the sunset. Rest easy, Miss Diane.

Commented on "The climate around climate change is changing"Looks like Bobbie is a pro-China troll. One of the most ludicrous parts of that Paris Climate Treaty (and it IS a treaty and needs to go the the Senate for approval) allows the country with the largest manufacturing base in the world, China, to be treated like a Third World pauper so that it pays in almost no money even though it is the world's biggest emitter of CO2. Uncle Sugar, on the other hand, has to borrow billions to pass around. This is an extremely flawed treaty that gives the ChiComs an unjustified sweetheart deal. We need to get out of it ASAP.

Having spent decades practicing criminal law, it is clear to me that this was a textbook case of both self defense and even more so defense of others. Alan Dershowitz, a very renowned legal expert, is absolute correct that this case never should have been brought against Penny. The testimony of the other passengers, many of them minorities and including children and the elderly, that they were in fear of their lives from Jordan Neely was clear cut. ONe elderly black woman at the end of her testimony turned to Penny and said "Thank you". Neely made the explicite threat in so many words to kill the passengers and began acting aggressively toward them. Penny was fully justified under the doctrine of defense of others as well as self defense to neutralize the threat. Since Neely was breathing on his own and had a heartbeat when help arrived it is a real stretch to say Penny "killed him".
Those of the left these days want the rights of self defense and defense of others to go away, but they are critical to our system of justice.

Commented on Diane Gentile RufinoDiane Rufino was, and will always be my very dear friend, and the smartest human I have ever consulted with regarding matters pertaining to the U.S. Constitution, and the sustaining of this Constitutional Republic as a self-governed society of we good people. Diane's wit and wisdom is legendary here in eastern North Carolina regarding all manner of proper governance of this Republic, and her wise patriotic voice was heard often in the walls of the General Assembly of North Carolina, and within the halls of our United States Capitol.
Diane Rufino was not only brilliant, but humble, and continuously patriotically generous with her valuable time as an intellectual leader here in eastern North Carolina, where her wise words have guided many politicians, here locally and beyond, to make careful and deliberate decisions based upon wise precedent, and the continual promise of perfect governing by virtue of the precepts of the United States Constitution - our governing bible - written, ratified and perfectly prescribed by our Founding Fathers. Going forward, it will be most difficult for me to fathom a world, where my dear friend Diane will not be occupying a large space, in the smartest room, within the best house, of we good people of this self-governed Representative Republic.

Alan Dershowitz, the renowned Harvard Law Professor emeritus was on the radio today, pointed out the Jordan was alive, breathing and heartbeat, when paramedics arrived, that Penny had a solid self defense / defense of others situation, that Penny should have never been charged, and that Alvin Bragg is the worst DA in New York history. Dershowitz is a life long Democrat who voted for Biden in 2020.
I think Alan Dershowitz is a more credible source on how the law applies to these facts than leftwing internet troll Bobbie. That means that Bobbie's contentions are untrue, as usual.

Commented on "The climate around climate change is changing"President Trump is going to change the climate on climate change here in the US. Getting us out of the absurd Paris Climate Accords is a key, and it hopefully will be done by declaring it a treaty, which it is, that must have Senate approval. It is an outrage that Obama and then Biden put us into this mousetrap by executive action without Senate approval.
