There have been sexual assault problems with the thousands of unvetted Afghans that Biden let in to the US after his chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. Now Biden wants to take in some of the one million Afghan migrants that Pakistan is in the process of mass deportation back to their home country. No wonder that Pakistan does not want them. Why should we?

Deflecting, Bolshevik Bob? Watching the crooked "lawfare" lynch mob that is after Trump and his allies, it is clear in current America the dangerous divid in our legal system is political division, not economic division.

I am waiting for a special prosecutor in the next administration on election interference to start indicting and prosecuting the Jack Smiths, the Juan Merchans, the Letitia James, the Judge Engerons, the Fani Willis, the Alvin Braggs of the country including others who work with them. Election interference through lawfare needs to be so severely punished that it does not tarnish our democracy ever again.

While we have now a second Central American president, together with El Salvador, who want to do something to stop illegal immigration to the US, we still have a traitor in our own presidency, Biden, who is pushing open borders. Sadly, when Panama gets this route shut down, Biden will probably just step up flying them in illegally.

On results in criminal cases, the prosecution matters as much as the defense. Targeting of certain groups, like the political right targeted by leftwing prosecutors, such as Soros prosecutors, has a lot to do with outcomes as well. In the case of Alvin Bragg. the Manhattan prosecutor bought and paid for by George Soros, he reduces the felonies of a majority of real criminals to misdemeanors or just dismisses them, but for a top GOP political target like Trump, he does just the opposite, takes what at best are two misdemeanors on which the statute of limitations has run and elevates them to 34 "felonies".

The most inexperienced public defender would have a much easier time getting a good result for his client in front of a politically corrupt Soros prosecutor like Bragg than the most highly paid attorneys representing his political target. The data strongly supports that argument.

And the elephant in the room is the judge. A crimimal always has a hard time in front of what people call a "hanging judge" but that is a rare breed in big cities. On the other hand a political defendant is in for a world of hurt when the judge is an extreme political partisan of the opposing side like Juan Merchan.

If Lincoln wanted to see "who made the big war" in 1862, he should have looked in a mirror. After Lincoln's election, there were special committees set up in both the House and Senate to try to negotiate a compromise between North and South before things got out of hand. A third committee was set up for the same purpose by a group of states, both north and south. There were lots of politicians on both sides who wanted to find a formula to preserve the union. In the Senate, the northern faction of the committee was headed by Senator Seward of New York, a Republican who was later Lincoln's Secretary of State and the southern faction by Senator Jefferson Davis of Mississippi. Both were willing to negotiate and wanted to find a formula to save the union. Seward felt he needed the blessing of his party's president elect, Lincoln, but Lincoln refused to engage. Seward even dispatched a New York newspaper editor named Weed, who was a personal friend of Lincoln, to Illinois to plead with Lincoln to engage with the committee, but Lincoln still refused. With Lincoln refusing to participate in any way, the northern Republican elements of these committees felt they did not have the authorizations to go forward, and the effort collapsed. All due to Lincoln. The War Between the States was, indeed, Lincoln's war.

In his novel "1984", George Orwell wrote of the actions to stamp out history from that novel's tyrant "Big Brother":

Poor people got their right to a court appointed taxpayer paid lawyer in Gideon vs. Wainright decades ago, so Bob's argument has been bogus for a long time. It is part of the "rights" read to criminal defendants when they are arrested. Indeed, with the Soros DA's out there, it appears that poor defendants are better off than rich ones in the way those prosecutors handle cases. Alvin Bragg is s Soros DA and so is Fani Willis.

According to reports today, Biden is delaying arms shipments to Israel to put political pressure on Israel for the same objective as the pro-Hamas college riots. Biden also pressured Israel to reopen a border crossing from Gaza to Egypt, and then Israel knuckled under to Biden's demand, Hamas fired rockets at the Israeli soldiers at that border post, killing three of them.

In his mad rush after the Muslim vote, it looks like Biden is throwing away the Jewish vote. Playing politics for the Hamas terrorists is likely to bite Biden in the ass on election day.
