What is really needed in the next administration is a special prosecutor on election interference to punish those who have engaged in politically motivated Stalin Show Trials. Letitia James, Judge Engoron, Alvin Bragg, Judge Merchan, Fani Willis, and Jack Smith should all be prosecuted for election interference. So should those involved in subverting the 2020 election like Marc Elias and Mark Zuckerburg.

The Biden DOJ has prosecuted and jailed a comic for a satire on Democrat efforts to change voting methods as "election interference" so they have opened the door. What these scoundrels in our justice system have done with their Stalin Show Trials is so much worse and so much more damaging to our democracy. They should be punished and punished severely.

In a political witch hunt like the one by Biden against Trump, levels of wealth are irrelevant and a red herring. The political prosecutions / persecutions against Trump are no different than the Stalin Show Trials and no different than Putin's trumped up criminal charges against a number of his political opponents. Biden is America's Putin and he is a big threat to our democracy.

In fact if one reads the linked article and checks out other stories on the same events, they will find that since the FAA went DEI, the near misses have been coming as a result of incompetent air traffic controllers sending planes on collison courses with other planes.

Racist? The concerns raised about FAA's DEI mantra was that they were accepting people with impairments, including mental and tempermental impairments that could adversely impact their performance. Race was not the issue. Similarly the DEI hire in the Secret Service who went bezerk was hired on a gender issue, not a racial issue.

That said, there are quite a few jobs like airline pilots, air traffic controllers, doctors, etc. where the most qualified person needs so be hired in order to maximize public safety, not someone who checks the most "diversity" boxes.

Americans believe in equality of opportunity, and it is the Marxists who believe in equality of result.

Since these womens groups are suing the Biden regime over its dictatorial act of trying to rewrite by executive fiat a law passed by Congress, local schools should volunteer to become plaintiffs in these cases. Otherwise, local schools should tell the Biden regime to stick its federal funds where the sun does not shine. Congress makes law not the Dictator Biden.

Having myself practiced criminal law for decades, a number of oddities have struck me about this trial.

First was the gag order. Gag orders in trials are quite rare in the first place, but every other one I have ever seen or heard of applied to both sides of a case. In this case, Judge Merchan hit Trump with a gag order but did nothing to prevent the other side from any contact with the media or the public. As a result, there were witnesses for Bragg that were almost doing media tours while Trump was unable to respond. That double standard stuck out like a sore thumb and does not reflect favorably on the judge's objectivity or neutrality.

The other was what seemed to be a very rushed jury selection. I have been in much less high profile trials where jury selection took a couple of weeks. The higher the profile of a case, the longer the jury selection normally takes. I remember one capital murder trial in Martin County where I was lead counsel, where it took us two weeks to select only seven jurors, and at that point, the trial judge after hearing the prospective jurors answers for two weeks, on his own motion declared a mistrial and changed venue to a different county.

What will schools in North Carolina and particularly Beaufort County do? Truitt is useless at DPI and the Cooper-appointed state school board and far lefties who probably are cheerleading what Biden is doing. That is going to leave it up to each of our counties to fight this. Education establishment hacks like Cheeseman are not going to stand up for our students on this, and a majority of our county school board are Cheeseman's sock puppets.

The far left does not get to define what an insurrection is. When elections are stolen, principles of democracy require those who believe in democracy to work for invetigations to get some relief for the public for the voter fraud.
