"Cisgender" is a made up word by far left radical ideologues. It is not a real word, and using that made up word clearly identifies what YOU are. And lets be clear, you people want to groom children for a deviant lifestyle that will bring them misery. You don't care about the negative impact on children as long as it pushes your perverted agenda.
Letting men with their greater body strength who claim to think they are women compete in sports against real women is highly unfair to real women and will destroy womens sports. The "transgender" agenda is a War on Women. A boy who thinks he is a girl is just as nutty as a boy who thinks he is Napoleon. Both need mental health treatment. We should also remember who pioneered sex change operations, a Nazi war criminal in 1930s Germany.

Simply trying to let people be themselves, which is consistent both with Supreme Court rulings and the best practices of those who actually like freedom, does not constitute "pushing" anything. And some people are straight, some are gay. Some are cisgender, some are not. The world is just going to have to get over it...and those who say they love freedom ought to, when confronted with the reality that there are transgender people in the world, and that some express their gender at an earlier age than others, those folks ought to just sit down and live their own lives rather than trying to interfere with others.

We have a spendthrift federal government. Biden is the worst, but the spenders among the RINO leadership in Congress like Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, and McCarthy are almost as bad. We had a great Congressman in standing up for taxpayers in eastern North Carolina when we had Walter Jones, but RINO Greg Murphy is a real dud, caving in to the big spenders again and again. Murphy would not even stand up against the many thousands of IRS tax auditors Biden is going to unleash on the middle class. Taxpayers can do a whole lot better than Murphy in Congress. I read that a Libertarian has filed against him, and that might be the way to vote. I wish Murphy had a serious primary from a Walter Jones style Republican.

The actual brief filed by former Attorney General Ed Meese and the two law professors is itself not readily available, Bob, but the legal theory behind it is well explained in the news coverage. Given who filed it, I trust their conclusion. One of those articles, the one in Red State, which is the better one, was written by a lawyer who has a practice in federal criminal law, not some hot shot journalist. He clearly has obtained the brief and read it to provide his analysis. I wish he could have put up a link to it, but he hasn't.
