MEAT, Little Bobbie??? I thought all of you globalist climate alarmists want us to eat mealworms and crickets, not meat.

Interetingly, I was at Tractor Supply earlier this week, and there was a display of mealworms and crickets ("hoppers") for chicken food. The climate alarmists want us to skip the chicken and instead humans directly eat the mealworms and crickets, which is just unacceptable. You will never see Schwab and Gates and Soros and Obama and Kerry and the other bigtime globalists doing that, but they expect us to do so.

If you are going to sling this globalist climate propaganda, Little Bobbie, I suggest you stop at Tractor Supply on your way home and pick up a package of mealworms for YOUR own dinner.

There is also a third group that is violating a specific provision of our immigration laws, and that is the NGO's and others who facilitate illegal aliens entering and remaining in the United States. The boom needs to be lowered on all these groups with fines, deportations, or indictments as appropriate.

Hungary's "anti-Soros law" is even tougher than our laws against assisting illegal aliens. It makes it a felony to help any foreigner enter or remain in Hungary illegally, with a waiver if the foreigner is later determined to be eligible for asylum, which few are in Hungary. Those who aid someone entering Hungary illegally can be arrested before there is any determination about asylum, but if the foreigner qualifies for asylum, the charges are dropped.

Well, there are two groups violating out immigration laws. The ones who enter, and the ones who hire them. How is it moral to ignore those who exploit and benefit from this system?

Bob, how it is moral or ethical to give those who willfully and wantonly break our immigration laws and lie to our officials about fake asylum claims preference over those on waiting lists who have applied properly and sit and wait properly and legally in their home countries for what immigration slots we may have available? Those on the waiting lists are properly vetted on criminal bankground, and fully examined medically, and they are trying to do it the right and legal way. Why should they be at the back of the bus behind lawbreakers?

When I ran a program in Moldova I had an employee who applied to come to the US as a legal immigrant. He had worked for years for an American organization and handled our accounting, complying both with Moldovan and US laws. His wife was a law student, and they both were very fluent in English. There were limited slots for immigration from Moldova and a long waiting list unless he scored on the "visa lottery" where he had no luck. Finally, he applied to Canada instead. The Canadians found their economy needed his accounting skills but required him to pass the Test of English as a Foreign Language, which is a difficult test but he passed on the first try. He and his wife had to take comprehensive medical exams and undergo an extensive background check, both of which they passed with flying colors. He is now a citizen of Canada living in Alberta, working as an accountant, and his wife went back to school, changing her major and is now working in Canada as well. When I think of people like him who tried legally and were unsuccesful, but Biden is letting in a raft of Venezuelan prostitutes who are unvetted lawbreakers, it is very frustrating.

How in the world can you justify letting in arrogant, self-entitled lawbreakers in preference to those you go through the expensive and timeconsuming, and often unsuccessful process to come legally?

Funny thing, Big Boy, I have been in a fair number of fast food restaurants here and elsewhere, and what I see working there are Americans, black and white. On the other hand, the couple of times I have been to the Emergency Room, I have seen quite a number of illegal aliens mooching health care and driving up the health care costs of Americans.

I agreed that some do.

Enjoy the dollar menu. Brought to you by illegal workers everyone

If you bothered to read the linked article or even look at the chart in the post, Bobbie, you would know that the numbers are broken out specifically program by program for welfare, and the 59% number is for those who are on at least one of the different welfare programs. But you always seem to shoot from the hip instead of looking at facts and details.

I am most familiar with the seafood packing plants we used to have in eastern North Carolina, now mostly gone. Several decades ago they paid on a piece work rates, and those who got good at the repetitive process could make good money. In those days, most of the employees were black American ladies. Then the owners switched to low hourly wages and brought in illegal aliens to do the work. The black ladies lost their decent paying jobs, and before long the plants themselves started closing. A contractor I knew had a girlfriend who managed one of them. This is an example of what too often happens to American jobs from illegal immigration.

I had a former client who some years ago worked in a local chicken packing plant, and at that time most of the workers were like him, black American males. That has been years ago, and I have no idea if that plant has now gone the way of the seafood packing plants, but perhaps it has.

What part of "illegal" do you not understand. People who break the law should not be mollycoddled. There are lots of people who are applying to immigrate legally that we do not have room for. If we have extra immigration slots, they should go to those on the waiting lists who are applying legally, not to scoflaws who wantonly break our immigration laws.

Years ago, we had a legal and organized system of foreign migrant workers who applied for the program, had supervision, and went home when their work assignments were completed. It was called the Bracero program, but it was killed by the Democrats to butter up their labor union buddies. That would be a good program to have back.

The 59% get welfare is a dubious statistic and depends on the definition of welfare but I'm sure some do.
Lets take it a step further. Ever been to a meat packing plant? The owners and executives are citizens. The workers, not so much. Every time you buy beef, chicken, or pork, you are putting your money in the pockets of illegals.

That's just one industry. Wonder how much you would need to pay white American workers to work in meat packing? Wonder how much a pound of burger would cost if that were to happen.
My point? It's complicated. No easy answers.

What ever we decide to do, lets not come down too hard on any one group.

I agree that action needs to be taken against those who employ illegal aliens, or assist them in any way in illegally entering or remaining in America. But 59% of them are on welfare, so maybe the welfare staff should be arrested or fined? I would support that, too.

No answer to the question why we don't arrest the white men/women who hire them? Seems to me, they are breaking the law too.

Most of those "desperate people" are fraudsters lying about their false claims of "asylum" to game the system. They should be treated as the liars that most of them are. They should be polygraphed on their age and asylum claim and then sent back when they flunk the polygraph. Most are military aged males. Many of those who claim to be minors are actually adults lying about their age because they know that, unlike some European countries, nobody will check. The European countries that check have found that the majority, and as high as 90% of those claiming to be "unaccompanied minors" are actually adults lying about their age.

BTW referring to desperate people, women and children included as "parasites" is wrong. Don't believe me? Ask your Pastor at church.

Arresting those that hire them would be much more effective. Wonder why that almost never happens?

Those breaking the law to come to this country should NOT be rewarded in any way shape or form. Cut off the free stuff they won't want to come or to stay.

Reducing welfare or cutting it off entirely to illegal aliens is an effective way to discourage them from coming. Iceland made them ineligible earlier this year to stop migrants from coming. When the first big flood of Middle Eastern migrants hit Europe, Denmark responded by reducing the amount of welfare they could get and advertising that fact in the "jumping off" areas for migrants like Turkey, adding that they did not want the migrants coming to Denmark.

I wish this chart had a breakout of the legal immigrants to distinguish between those coming as "refugees" and those coming through other avenues because their access to welfare is very different. If someone comes as a refugee, they are immediately entitled to all welfare programs. Biden, and Obama before him, have brought in lots of these refugees from places like Somalia. Other legal immigrants, on the other hand, have to prove that they will not become a public charge before their immigration is approved, must file an affidavit of support from an American citizen who will be financially responsible for them, and be inelgible for welfare by law for five years after arrival. I strongly suspect that it is the refugees, with their free welfare ride, who make up most of the legal immigrants who are on welfare.

I have long asked our local Social Services about this impact upon taxpayers due to the Non Patriot Left having long lied to argue that the Illegals are a financial boon to the US economy. I have not heard that from the Non Patriot Left lately, but this often repeated lie of a maxim is what has gotten us to this point where Traitorous President Biden ignores the US Constitution and his oath of office to continue the Non Patriot Left's self-proclaimed Browning of America.

And Biden is letting floods of these parasites across the border to mooch off of the American taxpayers. Shameful! And treasonous.
