Governor McCrory Signs $2 Billion Connect NC Bond Act | Eastern NC Now

Governor Pat McCrory signed the Connect NC Bond Act into law today at NC State University. The bond will allow the people of North Carolina to vote on a $2 billion bond package that will invest in education, parks, National Guard facilities and water and sewer infrastructure throughout the state.
