Governor McCrory Announces Sale Of Heck-Andrews House As Part Of Project Phoenix Initiative | Eastern North Carolina Now

Governor Pat McCrory announced today the state has accepted a $1.5 million offer on the 147-year-old Heck-Andrews House, a result of the governor's Project Phoenix revitalization program. The sale will be considered for final approval by the Council of State next Tuesday.
