All of this Social media promotion, and Word Press as the only CMS, as is promoted by the Beaufort County Community College, is rather disconcerting since: Social Media is proved to waste far too much of people's time, and may also prove to have sociological ramifications that reach far into the realm of the psychosis level for some folks; plus Word Press is proved to be an inferior CMS to some others, including our local Symbiotic Publisher, which powers BCN.

It makes me wonder: Why is a center of higher learning so myopic on these issues, where they are publicly funded to the level that they should know better.

As soemone deep within the know of these issues, it leaves me with vey little confidence in this institution in this rather prevalent subject.
