The Golden LEAF Foundation, which assists tobacco-dependent, economically distressed and rural communities across North Carolina, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel in the Lexington Conference Room in Winston-Salem

    (ROCKY MOUNT, N.C., July 28, 2017)     The Golden LEAF Foundation, which assists tobacco-dependent, economically distressed and rural communities across North Carolina, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel in the Lexington Conference Room in Winston-Salem.

    Several committee meetings will be held in conjunction with the Board meeting. All meetings will be held at the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel in the Lexington Conference Room, located at 401 N Main St, Winston Salem, NC 27101.

    The following committees will meet on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 starting at 1:30 p.m.:

  • Investment Committee
  • Programs Committee

    The following committees will meet on Thursday, August 3, 2017 starting at 8:30 a.m.:

  • Programs Committee (reconvened)
  • Finance Committee
  • Personnel/ Nominations Committee

    The Board of Directors meeting immediately follows the adjournment of the last committee meeting on Thursday.
