    Christopher George Mason, 33, passed away on Sunday July 30, 2017.

    Chris was born on November 12, 1983 in Pitt County, NC. He graduated from Pitt Community College with a degree in Construction Technology in 2013.

    Christopher was a very active young man who loved to be on the Pamlico and Tar River with his dog Blaze, being with family and friends, wakeboarding and sailing. His interests included riding motorcycles, snowboarding and going to the mountains in the winter, working on his Mustang, and going to the beach.

    Chris is survived by his mother Charlotte Nicholls Mason, his father George Mason, and his younger brother Marvin Lee Mason. He also leaves his maternal grandmother Charlotte "Kay" Tankard Nicholls. Christopher has a very large family from Washington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.

    Christopher's ashes will be scattered by family and friends. A memorial service of Christopher's life will be held for family and friends and will be announced from Paul Funeral Home and Social Media.
