What The President Needs Is More Enemies | Eastern North Carolina Now

An Unnamed Democrat Liberal Socialist speaking on the condition of anonymity because he did not want anyone to know it was him speaking anonymously in case he was lying through his teeth again said in a dark garage at 3 in the morning while cupping his hand over his mouth while requiring the person to which he was speaking to walk up to him backwards for the last 100 yards of his approach with his eyes shut said softly, “Finally we have an Attorney General who will enforce the rules!”

The backwards walking person to whom he was anonymously speaking read to him the excerpt from the Wall Street Journal about what Attorney General Barr said before committee on 4/10/19... “I think spying did occur,” Mr. Barr told a Senate committee Wednesday, adding that this is “a big deal.” The government has “a lot of rules” in place to guard against abusive “political surveillance,” he said, adding that he has an obligation to examine what happened since “one of the principal roles of the attorney general” is to “make sure that government power is not abused.”

The Unnamed Democrat Liberal Socialist said, “WHAT! NO! HEAVENS NO! I DON’T MEAN THOSE RULES! BARR PICKED THOSE RULES BECAUSE HE IS A HAND-PICKED CABINET MEMBER OF THE TRUMP CABINET!”

Yes, the Democrats are actually standing before microphones saying that Barr was hand-picked by President Trump. I may not be the brightest bulb in the light fixture but I do know that Every Cabinet Member is Hand-Picked by the President and, after he is picked by the President he becomes a Member of the President’s Cabinet.

When the Unnamed Democrat Liberal Socialist was presented with what I pecked out in the above paragraph, he went ballistic again, “That is not the way it ought to be! The President should not be allowed to pick Cabinet Members who will support his agenda! He ought to pick Cabinet Members who are opposed to everything he wants to accomplish while he is in office! That way he will not accomplish anything while he is in office! Everyone knows that was the clear intent of our Founding Fathers! What are we coming to?!”

I’m either done with this too-partisan-for-my-blog (Foolishness...Or Is It? www.forii.blogspot.com) or I have run out of exclamation points.

    Would I kid u?
