    Alisha Marie Morgan, 25, of Chocowinity, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.

    She is survived by her two sons, Carter Morgan and Josiah Varner; her father, Rodney Taylor; her mother, Donna Morgan and husband Randy Cabe; two sisters, Crystal Taylor and Miranda Hardison; two grandmothers, Janet Gayton and Mary Ann Cabe; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins and extended family.

    Alisha loved the outdoors and nature but she especially loved being by the water. She had a fondness of all animals but her main focus was her love of her family, especially Carter and Josiah.

    A Celebration of Alisha's Life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Union Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 2110 Old New Bern Road, Chocowinity, NC. The family will receive friends at all other times at the home of her mother, Donna Cabe.

    In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Alisha's memory directly to Ruth's House, PO Box 2843, Washington, NC 27889 or online by clicking HERE.
