Old Christmas Songs – New Singers


    YouTube is a forum that allows struggling and upcoming musicians offer their renditions of both standards as well as original content.

    My particular favorite is to see young guitar aficionados perform. As anyone who has ever tried to play an instrument knows, it does not come easy. It requires hours and hours of practice to even get to the barely passable level of a public performance.

   Here are two old Standards offed by young people I found on YouTube.

It's amazing how that six-string monster can be conquered in the right hands. I guess it's a lot like golf. In the hands of some the club and instrument doesn't matter. In the hands of a master, the club and instrument carries the performance to the next level.
