USA swimming official resigns over Trans cheating in womens events | Eastern NC Now
Men competing as "women" unfair and destroying sport
Team mates of a biological male who claims to think he is a woman, and is allowed to compete as a woman in collegiate swimming competitions have blasted sports authorities for allowing that and gone public with those complaints. Now a top official of USA Swimming has resigned over the trans swimmer being allowed to compete as a woman. Due to the more powerful male body build, s/he is easily able to outdistance real women.
Cynthia Millen, a 30 year veteran of women's swimming, has resigned, saying she can no longer "participate in a sport that allows biological men to compete against women" and that "everything fair about swimming is being destroyed".
A former US Olympic woman swimming star compared swimming against biological men to swimming against doped up East German female swimmers, both being unfair.
