The way King Biden XVI is going, when the prosecutions of the regime finally come, it may resemble those that occured in the French Revolution. Let the tumbrels roll! The peasants with pitchforks are coming.

You are right John, there appears to be mountains of evidence to take down the Biden Crime Syndicate, but if the terminally corrupt DOJ, as the corrupted foundation of the Democratic Socialists' Two Tiered System of Justice, will not prosecute, it will take an awakening of patriots and neo patriots to win enough elections to end the patent Democratic Socialist Corruption, and other forms of Treason.

What the Soviets called the "power ministries" (and that is an appropriate analogy with Biden) are controlled by the executive branch and if they are politically weaponized to protect some and persecute others, it makes it darn near impossible to get through to the courts. An investigation by the legislative branch is about as far as one can go, and they have no power to prosecute. The cover up of Biden family corruption revealed by Hunter Biden's laptop, which the FBI has had for several years but just covers up the corruption and tries to run out the clock on the statute of limitations is a good example. That Rudy Guiliani made a copy and others have the evidence does not push the totally corrupt DOJ and FBI to do a darn thing because they are protecting the Bidens.
When the smart Coknstitutional law experts like Dershowitz and Turley say one thing and far left internet troll Little Bobbie says the opposite, it is pretty clear which ones should be believed |
The founders were smart, 3 branches of government. If you have evidence, produce it. Otherwise its just noise.

Oh! That usual far left excuse for wildly inconsistent situations - "whataboutism". What a pathetic joke.
If you are too stupid to understand the issues involved, read Dershowitz, Turley, or that lesser known federal prosecutor I linked to. |
Whataboutism wont protect you from real crimes. As we tell black people all the time, if you didn't do anything just cooperate and let the system work.
As is often the case, it's not the crime, its lying about the crime. It appears trump lied. |
He is not nearly as famous as Alan Dershowitz or Jonathan Turley, but this former federal prosecutor also lays out why from a legal standpoint, the indictment of Trump is "outrageous and shocking": www.zerohedge.com

The facts are there that Hillary kept classified documents, usually in digital form, in private locations against the law and she covered it up by using BleachBit and smashing hard drives with hammers. The facts are established but due to a politicized "justice" (or should that be "just us") system, that is covered up. As Secretary of State, she had no authority to declassify and also had no status to retain under the Presidential Records Act. Goober Joe Biden also was caught red handed with classifed documents in multiple states, even in his garage beside his corvette. That is also established fact, and as a vice president and us senator, he had no power to de-classify and no power to retain under the Presidential Records Act. The offenses of Biden and Clinton are far more egregious, but our American KGB instead targets president Trump. As Stalin's KGB chief told him "show me the man, and I will find you the crime."
Oh, and calling the opinions of some of the most prominent Constitutional lawyers in America "conspiracy theories" is a new low, even for you, Bobbie. |
