RINO Greg Murphy votes for warrantless FISA surveillance of Americans

RINO Congressman Greg Murphy was the deciding vote when a measure to require search warrants for FISA surveillance of American citizens failed on a 212 to 212 tie vote in Congress. Both parties split on the issue, and Murphy voted on the side that did not want to protect our Constitutional rights to warrantless searches. With the failure of the amendment, federal agencies will have increased powers to surveill American citizens without a warrant.

NC RINO congressmen McHenry and Rouzer also voted against our rigthts, but other NC Republican congressmen supported our rights to warrantless searches.

McHenry is retiring, thank goodness, but Murphy and Rouzer need primaries in 2024.

UPDATE: Conservative Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has announced that she is going to make a parliamentary manuever Monday to force a new vote on this provision.. Please call Murphy's office and tell him to vote to protect American citizens by requiring warrants for any government surveillance of American citizens.

FURTHER UPDATE; it looks like sellout Speaker Johnson outmanuevered Congresswoman Luna and passed this totalitarian piece of garbage. Johnson, who looked like a breach of fresh air has now gone full swamp mode.

While you throw your grenades personally, the reality is that it was 53% of the American people who answered the pollster's question that way. I was not one of those polled, and I did not compose the question. I am only reporting what the American people told the pollster. Shoot the messenger if you want, dumb ass. And personally, I think the old East German Stasi is actually a better fit for Biden's FBI, anyway.

Greg Murphy has let us down once again. What are the alternatives. We simply do not need a Democrat in that seat, but Murphy is not much better. Too bad Murphy did not have a challenger in the primary. Maybe we need to give that Libertarian a closer look.

I don't see Murphy doing a darn thing about the invasion of illegal aliens into our country. Instead, he votes against our own civil liberties at a time that most Americans, according to the polls, feel that the FBI is "Biden's personal Gestapo". Eastern North Carolina can do A LOT better than Greg Murphy.
