Mr. William Easley Pace II | Eastern NC Now

    Mr. William Easley Pace II, 71, of West Jefferson passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

    He was born December 12, 1941 in Craven County to William Easley and Doris Chapman Pace II. He was a member of St. Thomas Church in Bath, N.C. He graduated from Northwest High School in Winston Salem, and attended Wake Forest University and graduated in 1960. He was retired from Howard and Company of Greensboro and the Municipality of Anchorage.

    He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years Rose Ann Pace of the home, one daughter Lisa Pace Sutcliffe and husband Ray, two grandchildren Sydney and Ashley Sutcliffe, one stepdaughter Shari Walker and husband Scott, one stepson Chris Knowlton and wife Georgia four stepgrandchildren , one sister Ann Robinson, three brothers Hugh, Tyler, and Martin Pace.

    A memorial service will be conducted Saturday June 29, 2013 at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Gary Fulton officiating at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Bath, N.C. A memorial service will be conducted later in the summer in Alaska where he resided for the past 15 years.
