Biden is acting like a dictator again, changing a duly passed Congressional law with executive fiat rulemaking. This time he is turning the Obamacare federal law on its head by granting Obamacare to some illegal aliens. Obama promised this would never happen when the law was passed, and while Biden was his vice president.

Biden's law changes by rulemaking grant the right to Obamacare to DACA illegal aliens. These are illegal aliens who claim to have been brought into the US as children, although they are not required to show any real proof of that claim, and being a "child" can include being a teenager old enough to know that crossing the border was illegal.

I don't believe these illegals should be given anything. We have to work every day to get what we have and yes pay taxes which I'm sure they are not doing. God forbid a family that is LEGAL needs help with food... they get turned down but these illegals are getting hundreds of dollars a month and the spouses are making bank but not reporting it

What this really does is put most of the DACA illegal aliens on Medicaid by presidential directive from Biden. The reason is that Obamacare is a continum of programs and for those under a certain income limit, that puts them on Medicaid, which is totaly paid for by taxpayers. Few of the DACA illegal aliens will have an income to put them in any Obamacare category other than Medicaid.

In contrast, LEGAL immigrants are statutorially not eligible for Medicaid or any other welfare program for at least five years after arrival.

This is yet another outrage where Biden has by executive directive made illegal changes in laws passed by Congress.
