tough-on-crime challenger wins in liberal Portland, Oregon
Portland, Oregon DA Mike Schmidt has become the latest soft-on-crime Soros-backed prosecutor to be tossed out by the voters. Even in the very liberal city of Portland, he lost 46% to 54% to challenger Nathan Vasquez who pledged to get tough on crime. Voters blamed Schmidt's policies for the explosion of crime in their city.

Bragg is soft on real crime, dismissing or reducing to misdemeanors the majority of felonies charged by police in Manhattan. But in a political witch hunt, he tries to elevate what at most would be two misdemeanors barred by the statute of limitations into 34 "felonies" against Trump. Bragg is very soft on real crime but wants to criminalize political opponents. If Trump were never charged, Bragg would still be a soft on crime Soros prosecutor who needs to go.
