Registration opens for Cake Decorating II at BCCC | Eastern North Carolina Now

    The Division of Continuing Education at Beaufort County Community College will offer students the opportunity to learn advanced cake-decorating techniques through Cake Decorating II.

    The class will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Mondays, beginning March 14 and ending April 18, in Room 830 of Building 8 on the BCCC campus. The registration fee is $35. Students must have taken Cake Decorating I to enroll in this class.

    Instructor Maria Dickinson will teach students new and exciting techniques such as shells; ruffle and rope borders; basket weaves; and fondant roses and leaves. Students will also learn how to cover a cake with fondant. A supply list will be mailed after the minimum number of participants has been met.
