shoots down far left Obama judge on Alien Enemies Act
The US Supreme Court has stayed the orders of Obama Judge Boasberg on President Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal alien gangsters from Tren de Aragua and MS13. In their ruling the SCOTUS found that Boasberg lacked jurisdiction for his orders.
The last time the SCOTUS ruled on the Alien Enemies Act was in 1948 when President Truman used it to deport a legal US resident alien to Germany after World War II was over. In that case, the SCOTUS ruled that the President had absolute discretion on deportation of foreign citizens it deemed covered by the act, US courts had no jurisdiction to intervene, and those deported had no right to any hearing on their deportation.
The SCOTUS now, however, indicated a possibility of having a hearing for someone deported under this act.

In another matter where another Obama judge ordered the Trump administration to return one specific MS13 gangster from El Salvador, Chief Justice Roberts indefinitely stayed that district court order as well.

Good to see the SCOTUS finally shut this despicable scumbag tyrant Boasberg and his judicial insurrection down. Now we need a Congressional investigation of Boasberg, preferably in the Senate and headed by Sen. John Kennedy. Subpoena scumbag Boasberg and put the jerk under oath in public testimony. Such a dog and pony show may help deter other Biden and Obama judges from similar misbehavior. And if he lies under oath, then prosecutre him. That will get him off the bench, and hopefully into a prison.

There need to be more safeguards on getting a neutral judge which is not presently happening in the federal system. Perhaps plaintiffs counsel should be punished for deliberately filing in the wrong district. Obviously there needs to be some reforms on how judges get assigned.
