pure far left politics from a Marxist judge who hates the First Amendment
The Trump administration has stood strong for free speech of Americans, cutting down the censorship state that first Obama and then Biden were erecting. However, now a partisan, powergrabbing Democrat hack judge is trying to save a major Democrat censorship program, and thereby attack Americans' freedom of speech. These days, the greatest threat to democracy comes from arrogant out of control Democrat partisan hack federal district judges. This one, Susan Illston, is out of San Francsicso.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio had eliminated the censorship web originally called the Global Engagement Center, which was housed in the State Department. Now this authoritarian tyrant of a district judge is trying to stop that. Similarly Democrat hack judges did all they could to try to save the corrupt USAID which was funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into censorship programs. These totalitarian Democrat district judges are attacking one of our most fundamental freedoms, the freedom of speech.
This is just one of the threats to our Constitutional republic presented by these judicial usurpers from the Judicial wing of the Democrat Party. Another good example was one of these pipsqueak tyrants trying to substitute his wacky judgement for that of the president on maintaining public safety and order in the face of a violent insurrection.

Presidents create and eliminate federal agencies by executive order all the time. It is nonsensical to say that such an agency created by one president's executive order cannot be dismantled by the executive order of another. USAID and the Global Engagement Center were both created by executive orders of Democrat presidents. A Republican president has the same right to enter an order ending their existance. Highly partisan political rulings like this one are badly damaging the reputation of our federal courts, something these Democrat judges ought to consider and so should the Supreme Court to put a stop to it.
