Judicial coup- Appeals Court blasts Obama judge Boasberg, reverses his order | Eastern NC Now
acuses Boasberg of trying to intimidate the executive branch
Once again, the grownups in the appellate federal courts have slapped down a political order from the Judicial Wing of the Democrat Party, the Obama judges and Biden autopen judges at the district court level. This time it was an order from the notorious political hack Obama Judge James Boasberg.
The ruling called out Boasberg for abuse of power, accusing him of trying to intimidate the executive branch on an issue where he lacked authority. Abuse of power is rampant among Obama judges and Biden autopen judges at the district court level. These judges have become a threat to our Separation of Powers and to democracy itself. as unelected, unaccountable politically appointed judges try to seize policy control from our elected branches of government.
While it is good to see the appellate courts taking action, the delays caused by out of control political hack Obama judges and Biden autopen judges are just unacceptable. The appellate courts and Congress both need to act to shut them down as they attack our democracy.
In this case involving Boasberg, he had been trying to hold Trump administration officials in contempt for not turning planes that had left US airspace around that had illegal alien deportees on them.
