Appeals Court reverses crooked Obama judge, keeps Alligator Alcatraz open | Eastern NC Now

says deportation facility is in the public interest

ENCNow

As seems to happen regularly, the adults in the room at the Court of Appeals have struck down a power grab by a whiny and corrupt political hack Obama judge. In this case the issue was the illegal alien detention and deportation facility in Florida called Alligator Alcatraz.  The crooked Obama judge had ordered it closed.  The Court of Appeals reversed and is leaving it open for business.

The Court of Appeals said operation of the facility was in the public interest.  It also said the Obama judge had misapplied the law.  The law that the Obama judge was trying to use does not apply to state-built facilities, which is what Alligator Alcatraz is.

It is good to see that we have some sane people in our federal court system, not all Democrat political hacks engaged in a Judicial insurrection.

borderhawk: You are exactly right; treasonous judges should pay for their crimes, and Republicans must file these cases as do the Non Patriot Left.

Our corrupt federal courts let Biden get away with murder in refusing to enforce our immigration laws, and now the Obama and Biden judges are trying to interfere with President Trump when he tries to enforce them. The district judges doing this are committing high treason and they need to be charged with it. Lock them UP.
