William Logan Whichard | Eastern NC Now

    William "Logan" Whichard, age 33, a resident of Snow Hill, died Wednesday January 14, 2026 at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

    Private services will be held.

    Logan was born on July 23, 1992 in Pitt County to William Henry Whichard, III and Tammy Lynne Gaskins. He was a graduate of Southside High School. On March 7, 2025 he married Ebonee Farrow. Logan enjoyed craftsmanship and building things. He was a Master Carpenter. Logan liked to find out how things worked by taking them apart and putting them back together. He also enjoyed spending his time with his children, swimming and riding four wheelers.

    Survivors include his wife, Ebonee Nakeiwa-Yvonne Farrow of the home, three children, Logan Blake Whichard, Akoyé Farrow, Alessia Carter, his father, William Henry Whichard, III, his mother, Tammy G. Gaskins, a grandfather, Billy Whichard, Jr., his uncle Jeffrey Whichard (Karla), an aunt, Melody Drew Whichard (Uncle Boo Boo), and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

    He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Joyce Ellen Whichard, his maternal grandparents, Clyde Gaskins and Joyce Gaskins, and two uncles, Kenneth Fillingame, and Clyde Gaskins, Jr.
