Virginia Supreme Court strikes down Democrats gerrymandering referendum

Virginia's state Supreme Court has struck down the Democrats' congressional gerrymander plan for the state, leaving congressional districts as they were. The court found that the attempted shortcuts used by the Democrats to try to ram through the plan violated the state's Constitution.

The sad thing is that there are even stronger state Constitutional reasons that the California gerrymander should have been disallowed by the state courts, but the crooked highly partisan California Supreme Court refused to do it. Newsome and the California Democrats butchered the Constitutional process even more than the Virginia Democrats, but their corrupt partisan courts let them get away with it.

The despicable power play being tossed around by the Democrats is to have the legislature reduce the retirement age of Supreme Court justices to something like 52, so they can create vacancies they can fill with their own political hacks.
