Washington Times editorial: Special Counsel should probe Anthony Fauci | Eastern NC Now

The Washington Times has published an editorial calling for a Special Counsel to probe the activities of Anthony Fauci, who was Biden's Covid boss.  The document dump on her way out of office of former National Security Advisor Tulsi Gabbard on Fauci and his activities was eye opening.  Not only did it make a clear cut case that Fauci had lied to Congress, a felony in itself, but it shined a light on his other nefarious activities.  It is time for a Special Counsel to get to the bottom of the improper and illegal activities of Fauci and prosecute him.

The big issue will be Biden autopen "pardon" of Fauci.  Obviously the Biden regime knew he committed crimes to even give him that "pardon".  There has always been a question of the validity of "blanket" pardons that do not list specific things someone is pardoned for, and that was the type of "pardon" given to Fauci.  This case would give an opportunity to test that issue in court.

There is also the issue of whether an autopen "pardon" is valid and that should also be tested in court.   A ruling against an autopen action may well invalidate other autopen actions, like the appointments of the radical and politically corrupt horde of Biden autopen judges.
