Business and industrial expansion is ongoing in the wake of the Great Recession here in the Old North State. Which path forward will win out? 1) One is providing a free market environment that will promote a state economy with a 'level playing field' for all participants that would be innovative, work hard and play by the rules; 2) Corporate welfare that everyone pays for, while the statists pick winners and losers.
