Why would Gary Brinn oppose Limited Voting? Why would any Republican do so?

Let's just get to the point: Gary Brinn is ignorant . He is not stupid, but he is very ignorant when it comes to county business and specifically the county commissioner electoral system. For that reason he should not be elected County Commissioner.
