Today, Congressman Walter B. Jones (NC-3) voted against H.R. 1560, The Protecting Cyber Networks Act, which provides private companies that turn over sensitive data to the federal government with immunity from lawsuits. H.R. 1560 passed the House 307 to 116 and awaits consideration in the Senate.
