The AR-15 is not for hunting. No one owns an AR-15 to hunt. These firearms are owned for protection and defense.

Ranting further: 3) I do not own an AR-15, but, I aim to. As long as America's enemies own AR-15's or an equivalent, law abiding citizens will own them too. This is the intent of the 2nd Amendment.

Many liberals will offer, in retort, that they know those that they definitely do not want to have an AR-15, and there in lies the rub and becomes and there in lies the problem. One person, or a group of people subjectively determining another's 2nd Amendment rights.

Ranting further: 1) On those that name the USA a Democracy - We are either a Democratic Republic, a Representative Democracy, or just a Republic. Leaving words off the stress that we are a democracy just won't work as a descriptor.

This Broward County Sheriff shamelessly operates on a plane of hypocrisy that is grand in scale.

There was once a long standing tradition: Cowards were lined up and shot in disgrace.

The practice began to stop in World War II. In my recollection, there were no executions for cowardice in the Korean War, but in the Vietnam War, officers were occasionally fragged for a myriad of supposed violations.

The American Armed forces today are an extremely brave bunch, very well trained. Training may be the key.

I will bet real money that not one of the Broward Cowards were former U.S. military.

That is the true justification of a Christian: To know your human limitations and strive to be closer to the Lord. We are all sinners, and we all must come to Him in our own way, and His own way. It is a personal thing.

I am not a big advocate of the semantics of Democrat and Republican this or that; however, often one has to use those words in describing the events of the day.

I do use the descriptor core Democrat, only because, when I ran for office in so many campaigns, many Democrats voted for me. I have long been at that clarion point when I would ever talk a Democrat or Independent into becoming a Republican.

It would only matter if we closed our party primaries to just that party. Otherwise, I refer to most individuals with descriptors to better serve as adjectives of their behavior. When I call one Stupid, I really mean it as truth.

I really loved both of those stories. They were the exact same story, which are timeless.
