For too long, diploma mills have been allowed to run amuck essentially stealing money for students and taxpayers by offering high priced worthless degrees.if you got a loan and went to Duke, Unc, or ECU.your on your own - as you should be. However if you have some degree from DeVoss or Trump U - then you are owed a refund.

This is so slanted it gets a "mostly not true".

She did defy a court order:
Herridge is also embroiled in a First Amendment case involving a series of Fox News stories about a federal probe into Chinese American scientist Yanping Chen, who officials had investigated for lying on immigration forms though brought no charges. Herridge refused to comply with a federal judge’s order last year to reveal how she uncovered the probe—including the sources who provided her with the information. Herridge has challenged a potential contempt of court ruling.

As we know truth challenged MAGA and the courts don't mix all that well but you still have to comply. And you can be fired if you don't.
That said...she may yet win in court and if she does...good for her.

MAGA will be short lived because they eat their own. At some point the people can take it anymore. Liberal/conservative, we will find a way to coexist through compromise. However, MAGA refuses to compromise, so like the NAZI of yesteryear will be regulated to the dustbin of history.
