John Valley, You said it right. It is a very complicated world for those who do not have a rudder. The rudders are ethics, Christianity and knowledge of our Constitution. It will become unbearable for many if the economy takes a steep or long lasting tumble.

irrational observer, Read what you said. You are asking for arbitrary controls. Rational controls are what we need. Stable currency and stable spending. Asking for laws to control spending will never work. Liberal politicians are too good at lying.

Ceres, Give us some specific examples of what you have personally observed of my bad behavior?
Commented: Thursday, April 16th, 2026 @ 12:38 pm By: Hood Richardson
Gary Ceres, Your comments all go to socialism. You just showed your liberalism

TO THE OTHER LIBERAL COMMENTS ON THIS STRING: You are attacking personality. None of you are capable of discussing the issues I have raised. This is typical Democrat strategy, to attack the messenger, not the issue.

You are supporting a lot of corruption inside the Beaufort County Republican Party.

The dispatcher was playing dumb and refusing to take the information. So, who is smart, me for reporting a situation or the dispatcher for playing games. All they have to do is take the information. Why the games.

Rational Observer, look at what your are doing, making judgements about that which you knw nothing. Is that smart or what?

Dummy Rational Observer, The 300 pound woman was walking down the center of the street in more than 90 degree heat and profusely sweating. I saw danger, danger, danger. You were not there, so how stupid you are of me to question my judgement.

It is strange that getting information from local law enforcement is extremely difficult, but my call to help someone in distress became public. Politics, politics, politics.

Commented on ANTICIPATION

Gail Breed, What a liar and distorter of facts you are. Queen Garris and several of your ilk are making all the decisions in the back room. The Executive Committee has not made a voting decision that I recall during the past year. Garris along with the victory committee produce these edicts. None of them comply with the Republican Party rules.

I closed the Beaufort County Conservative Republican PAC independently with no directive or advice from the Board of Elections.

When the whole truth comes out about what is going on among the Queen Garris and her cronies, the public is going to vomit.

Lie be Told, I am willing to allow the public to decide who is lying. Because you say it is so, does not mean it is so.

Commented on ANTICIPATION

Lie be Told, just another insult from the Queen Garris, allowing all others to speak an not me.
Yes, that is a secret meeting according to prescribed rules by the Legislature. Queen Garris can show no similar authority. To the contrary, party rules say all of our meetings are to be open to the public.

Commented on Republican Purge

Mr. Fucito, Elplain this. The Chairman called for order and for the members to take their seats. She then ordered me, Mrs. Clark and Mrs. Knight to leave the room so she could continue the meeting in secret. She gave orders to Scarlet. So, when the did the recess end? Garis could not have had us removed from a recess. Da.

We were in session.

Truth be Told, your name is still Truth be Lie. Your post on January 27 is 100 percent a lie.

Bath parent: You certainly do not teach civics or history or you would know that it is the responsibility of elected officials to keep the pressure on the education system to make sure they are actually educating children.

You are clueless a to what my responsibilities are to the public. Defending the "relaxed elected officials" shows me that we are not getting our money's worth from you.
Commented: Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 @ 6:58 am By: Hood Richardson
My point is made when the statements are made that we are back to teaching it again because we did not teach it for a while.

Bath parent, you must be in the education system or you would not be one of the cheer leaders for Cheeseman at the school board meetings. Then, tell me what part of the un-education do you contribute?
Commented: Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 @ 3:22 pm By: Hood Richardson
Bath Parent, I talk to parents and students, so I do not have to be in schools to know what is actually being taught as opposed to having to believe your Cheeseman Party line.

Keep groveling at the bottom of the gutter, you look good down there.

Terry Williams, Word smithing does not work. The issue with the lawyer originated in the Conservative Club more that two years ago. You have sat there more than two years and done nothing about it. If you nit picked your job on the board like you do my writing you would be an effective board member.
I notice the school board meeting has been changed to the same night as the county commissioners meet so I cannon attend an take notes on you and the rest of the RINOs. I will do your nit pick for you on this one. You are going to claim the meeting was changed so athletes could attend to receive their awards from the board. Denying the public access to information and observation about how inept you and your cohorts are is a corruption of the system.

We need more participation by real Republicans in Beaufort County Republican precincts and the annual Republican County Convention. RINOs are like Democrats, they only show up for the important votes. Those votes happen at the County Convention.
Commented: Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 @ 7:32 am By: Hood Richardson
Mr. Butkus, The Beaufort County Republican Party has the same problems as the State and National Republican Parties. RINOs and liberal Republicans are in leadership positions. The Beaufort County Republican Party broke its back to support Randy Walker and his liberal wife in the 2024 elections. However, Beaufort County votes more than 60 percent MAGA conservative.
Consider the State party is supporting Whatley to replace RINO Tillis in the Senate Race. One RINO replacing another RINO.

Leadership changes will make a big dirrereence inthe RINO population.

Anyone who has been in a House or Senate office more than 4 years has accumulated some of accommodations of the deep state. Accepting the percs of the deep state is like being stuck to the tar baby. It is impossible to get loose and if you do you are tarred.

Trump, with the passage of the big beautiful bill, and threatening to prosecute Obama and Hillary has cut deeply into government. He is now a real threat to the deep state.

I expect to see more strange behavior from these people.
Commented: Monday, July 28th, 2025 @ 5:41 pm By: Hood Richardson
Thank you for this information, John Steed. Whatley is another turd in the Trump punch bowl. Now is the time for MAGA's to push back. Trump is getting some bad advice from these back stabbers. Whatley will be as bad or worse than Tillis. I was at the state Republican convention when Whatley rigged his reelections by having the vote done on cell phones. I will never trust him.

Commented on Stating the Obvious

There is a vast canyon between legal and illegal. I support the illegal getting everything we can throw at them.
However, there is nothing wrong with a work visa program that allows only the worker (not his family) to come for six months and then go home. I do not believe we should pay social security taxes on these people because it allows them to tap into our social security system.

There was a lot of closed door dealings. Don Shreve admitted they had "confidential information that could not be disclosed to the public". They violated the open meeting law every time they turned around. This secrecy game allows school management to tell each board member something different to steer their vote because they are pledged to secrecy. This game is against the law.

Rino Hunter you are correct. Terry Williams voted to close Snowden when he voted to start the process to close Snowden.

Maybe Terry can tell what the school board lawyer told him is closed session about his conflict with having relatives in high positions in the school system. That was another violation of the open meeting law.

Where are the ethics at the school board?
Commented: Thursday, July 10th, 2025 @ 12:11 pm By: Hood Richardson
Terry Williams, May I remind you that you voted for the process to close Snowden before you voted to to keep it open. You are on both sides of this issue. RINO Donald Shreve's vote to close Snowden help save your safe vote to appear to want to keep Snowden open.

The Big Cheese would not negotiate with the City to get the land. He did not want the land. If he did not get the land, the shop and service complex area would be used for the stormwater pond. He wanted a new shop and service area at a cost of at least 5 million dollars.

This all looks funny and confusing because the Big Cheese wanted it to be odd and confusing.

There is no management of anything in our public school system. Having a Phd or a Masters degree does not mean one has management ability. It means you are well trained in socialism and indoctrination, not management. We need more business people at all levels of government, then we swill see a change.

Terry, Truth does matter. You voted for the process of closing Snowden. Like a lot of our questionable politicians you are on both sides of this issue. You voted both for it and against it. Mostly you voted voted to save yourself in the 2026 elections, so you can continue to promote your family interests in the school system. Yes honesty does count.
