To be clear and precise, a motion was made and approved unanimously to allocate $400 for a GOP Headquarters monthly plus utilities. The initial site was in disrepair and posed safety concerns. However, our great team discovered an alternative location in downtown Washington for less which includes utilities. What's not to celebrate? Isn't this the epitome of conservative values in action? For those who prefer, the stairs are always an option, and we'll ensure the entry is accessible to all. Instead of continuing to attack the hard work of valued volunteers/conservatives, try being positive and show some appreciation.

The BCGOP is happy to send messages on behalf of the candidates. Please email your message to me and I will be happy to share. You have access to the same data that all candidates have access to.

Stan Deatherage, you know is this not true. You have run for office how many times? You know how to get the list. Hood’s Club is sending letters to Registered Republicans. He was able to secure a list. You have access to the data.. Just reach out to the Board of Elections and they will also give you the list just like they have for other candidates.

Since 2005, the North Carolina statutes have authorized the state’s registers of deeds to receive and keep the real estate records in electronic form. G.S. 47-16.3 provides as follows: “If a law requires, as a condition for recording, that a document be an original, be on paper or another tangible medium, or be in writing, the requirement is satisfied by an electronic document . . ..” G.S. 47-16.4 provides that a register of deeds “[m]ay receive, index, store, archive, and transmit electronic documents,” and “[m]ay convert paper documents accepted for recording into electronic form.” A register is not required to keep real estate records, whether received in paper or electronic form, in paper form. Most registers across the state do not keep paper versions of at least some permanent real estate records, and this is increasingly the case due to space limitations, advances in digital storage, and transactional expectations for electronic commerce.

15. That said, the Beaufort County Republican Party operated correctly under the Plan
of Organization. The Automatic Resignation provision, unlike the Party Disloyalty provision,
does not afford any opportunity to be heard to individuals like Mr. Dunn.

I informed Mr. Dunn that he had the right to file for an arbitration hearing and I am glad he did. We have revised our Plan of Organization to hear items such as these at the local level. I believe this is the way it should be. I respect the process. Thank you for your spin but I will be happy to clarify and answer any questions.

This is disinformation. There are no secret meetings nor secret operations. All meetings are public. Officers meet once a month to prepare an agenda. The petition referred to above will be on the June 14 agenda for discussion. The BC Republican Party invites you to attend.
